We use the latest SMS equipment and a high availablity infrastructure to route your message in a reliable way. Messages are load balance across several modems and a ‘last resort` modem is used, tied, to an alternate carrier to try best effort delivery.  Our SMS modems are staggered in different locations to avoid that ‘single point of failure’. In event, of unexpected failure, your messages are kept indefinitely until we are able to deliver it.  Most Cell providers only keep messages up to three days.

We are also happy to inform our members that our services will be made available to their non-listed contacts as well, allowing them to reply to you via text, as cheaply, and as reliably, as any of their listed contacts could, for only one peso - PHP1.00!

But our service doesn’t end there! Being Filipinos-Americans, we are aware that friends and relatives come to the U.S. for visits.
