Refund Policy

Membership fees are non-refundable. For SMS transactions, we will restore credit on non-delivered messages caused by Text2Pinas. 

Since SMS messages traverse multiple wireless provider networks, if a message is lost or is undelivered outside of Text2pinas control, a credit refund does not apply.
